Abstract
La investigación desarrolló una propuesta de manual de puestos y proceso de reclutamiento
para J&F Gasolinera en Campamento, Olancho, buscando clarificar roles y reducir la rotación de
personal. Mediante un enfoque mixto se analizó la estructura organizativa existente. Los
resultados mostraron que el 31.3% de colaboradores desconocía qué tareas realizar, mientras un
31.2% desempeñaba funciones ajenas a su cargo. El estudio identificó la necesidad de formalizar
siete puestos clave: Administrador/a, Atención en pista, Cajero/a de Mini Mercadito,
Encargado/a de Cocina, Personal de Seguridad, Servicio de cambio de aceite y Personal de
Limpieza. La principal conclusión determinó que la ausencia de estructura formal generó
ambigüedad en los roles y contribuyó a la alta rotación. Se recomendó implementar el Manual
de Puestos como prioridad estratégica, designando un responsable para su socialización por área
funcional.
The research developed a job manual proposal and recruitment process for J&F Gas Station in Campamento, Olancho, aiming to clarify roles and reduce staff turnover. Through a mixed approach, the existing organizational structure was analyzed. Results showed that 31.3% of employees did not know which tasks to perform, while 31.2% performed duties outside their position. The study identified the need to formalize seven key positions: Administrator, Pump Attendant, Mini-Market Cashier, Kitchen Manager, Security Personnel, Oil Change Service, and Cleaning Staff.
