Abstract
La propuesta pretende crear una estrategia de adopción de cultura organizacional, surgida
de la necesidad de establecer un ambiente laboral que reduzca los problemas de conexión del
personal del área operativa de San Pedro Sula con las metas y objetivos de Cervecería Hondureña,
con el objetivo principal de establecer iniciativas enfocadas en la influencia y cercanía de sus
líderes para fortalecer la adopción de la cultura. La presente investigación se realizó según
metodologías empleadas por los investigadores principales en estas áreas. De acuerdo con los
resultados de encuesta realizada a la muestra se estableció que el 60% de los colaboradores
consideran que sus líderes no son ejemplares y responsables. Por lo tanto, se determinó el impacto
del papel del líder en el comportamiento del personal. Debido a lo anterior se concluye que las
acciones e iniciativas de la estrategia se deben centrar en la satisfacción y compromiso, creando
conciencia de la importancia que tiene el trabajo del personal operativo en el logro de los objetivos
generales. Se recomendó la implementación de la presente propuesta canalizada a través de los
líderes de cada área, estableciéndose programas de capacitación y desarrollo de habilidades.
The proposal aims to create an organizational cultural strategy, arising from the need to establish a work environment that reduces the problems of connecting the staff of the operational area of San Pedro Sula with the goals and objectives of Cervecería Hondureña, with the main objective of establishing focused initiatives in the influence and closeness of its leaders to strengthen the adoption of the culture, which implies an increase in the company's financial results. This research was carried out according to methodologies used by the main researchers in these areas. According to the results of a survey carried out on the sample, it was established that 60% of employees consider that their leaders are not exemplary and responsible. Therefore, the impact of the leader's role on staff behavior was determined. Due to the above, it is concluded that the actions and initiatives of the strategy must focus on satisfaction and commitment, creating awareness of the importance of the work of operational personnel in achieving the general objectives. The implementation of this proposal was recommended, channeled through the leaders of each area, establishing training and skill development programs.
