Abstract
El presente proyecto tuvo como finalidad realizar una propuesta para garantizar la
sostenibilidad y eficiencia operativa en Mercadito Elíz en la ciudad de Siguatepeque, con el
objetivo de desarrollar propuestas de mejora que permitan optimizar las operaciones, impulsen el
crecimiento de ventas y fortalezcan la competitividad en el mercado, contribuyendo a su desarrollo
sostenible. Durante el desarrollo se realizó un análisis de la situación actual, factores que influyen
en procesos no optimizados, métodos de pago obsoletos y falta de estrategias de marketing. Se
realizó una propuesta de mejora en los procesos donde se incluye metodología de estudio de
mercado, planeación estratégica y marketing mix. El enfoque utilizado para esta investigación es
mixto, descriptivo y no experimental. Se realizó una encuesta de satisfacción a 381 personas y una
entrevista a la administradora. Por lo anterior se desarrolló un plan estratégico de modernización
de procesos, servicios, métodos de pago y alcance en redes sociales, concluyendo que si es factible
la implementación de estas mejoras para eficientar las operaciones de Mercadito Elíz.
The purpose of this project was to make a proposal to guarantee the sustainability and operational efficiency in Mercadito Elíz in the city of Siguatepeque, with the objective of developing improvement proposals that allow optimizing operations, boosting sales growth and strengthening competitiveness in the market, contributing to its sustainable development. During the development, an analysis of the current situation was carried out, factors that influence nonoptimized processes, obsolete payment methods and lack of marketing strategies. A proposal was made to improve the processes that included market study methodology, strategic planning and marketing mix. Due to the above, a strategic plan was developed to modernize processes, services, payment methods and reach social networks, concluding that the implementation of these improvements is feasible to make Mercadito Elíz's operations more efficient.
