Abstract
Este proyecto tuvo como objetivo el diseño de una plataforma virtual de apoyo extracurricular para niños con dificultades de aprendizaje, con el fin de proporcionar un entorno educativo personalizado y accesible. La plataforma ofrecerá servicios como contenido educativo adaptado, actividades interactivas, seguimiento del progreso y comunicación con expertos, para
satisfacer la creciente necesidad de herramientas digitales en la educación especial. Con una proyección a 5 años, los resultados financieros obtenidos muestran una rentabilidad significativa,
con un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) de L. 9,653,905.41 y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 78%, lo que demuestra su viabilidad económica. Además, el Payback de 3 años, 1 mes y 27 días
refuerza la recuperación de la inversión. Estos resultados, junto con los estudios de mercado y técnico realizados, confirman que el diseño de la plataforma es no solo viable, sino también
altamente prometedor, alineándose con las necesidades educativas actuales y las expectativas de los usuarios.

The platform will offer services such as adapted educational content, interactive activities, progress tracking, and communication with experts, to meet the growing need for digital tools in special education. With a 5-year projection, the financial results obtained show significant profitability, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of L. 9,653,905.41 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 78%, demonstrating its economic viability.
