Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como propósito evaluar y analizar cómo influye la
motivación, el desempeño y el clima laboral en el rendimiento de los colaboradores de Banet en
el año 2025, esta investigación surge antes las señales internas entre los colaboradores, como la
falta de compromiso, falta de comunicación entre departamentos, por lo que se quiere comprender
los factores que condicionan el rendimiento del personal. Esta investigación se desarrolló con
enfoque mixto, descriptivo, transversal, con la aplicación de técnicas cuestionario y entrevista para
los colaboradores y jefes de área que colaboraron con la investigación. Los resultados identificaron
percepción respecto al clima laboral, particularmente en áreas relacionadas a la comunicación,
entorno laboral e interacción con compañeros. El estudio concluye que es indispensable
implementar estrategias de mejora que integren procesos de reconocimiento, liderazgo,
capacitación y bienestar emocional para potenciar los resultados organizacionales y fortalecer la
gestión del talento humano en Banet

This research arose from internal indicators among employees, such as a lack of commitment and poor communication between departments, prompting the study to understand the factors that affect staff performance. The research employed a mixed-methods, descriptive, and cross-sectional approach, utilizing questionnaires and interviews with employees and department heads who participated in the study. The results identified perceptions regarding the work environment, particularly in areas related to communication, the work environment itself, and interaction with colleagues. The study concludes that it is essential to implement improvement strategies that integrate recognition, leadership, training, and emotional well-being to enhance organizational results and strengthen human talent management at Banet.
