Abstract
Este estudio de prefactibilidad analiza la creación de una empresa especializada en
instalación de tabla yeso en Tegucigalpa, con el propósito de evaluar su viabilidad técnica,
comercial y financiera. El análisis de mercado, mediante encuestas y entrevistas, confirmó una
demanda creciente en proyectos comerciales, residenciales verticales y de oficinas, siendo los
servicios más utilizados la instalación de paredes, cielos y detalles arquitectónicos. Se identificó
un consumidor que prioriza calidad en acabados, cumplimiento de plazos y asesoría técnica. En el
aspecto técnico, la operación requiere infraestructura adecuada, equipo especializado y personal
capacitado bajo normas, resaltando la profesionalización y estandarización de procesos. El análisis
financiero mostró aceptación de precios competitivos en acabados básicos y superiores en
acabados detallados, confirmando rentabilidad siempre que se optimicen costos y se ofrezcan
esquemas de pago flexibles. Se concluye que el proyecto es factible y con potencial para
consolidarse como una opción competitiva y sostenible en el mercado.
This pre-feasibility study analyzes the creation of a company specialized in drywall installation services in Tegucigalpa, with the purpose of evaluating its technical, commercial, and financial viability. The market analysis, conducted through surveys and interviews, confirmed a growing demand in commercial projects, vertical residential buildings, and office spaces, with the most frequently requested services being wall, ceiling, and architectural detail installations. Consumers were found to prioritize quality finishes, on-time delivery, and technical advice. From the technical perspective, the operation requires adequate infrastructure, specialized equipment, and trained personnel under national and international standards, highlighting the importance of professionalization and process standardization. The financial analysis showed acceptance of competitive prices for basic finishes and higher prices for detailed finishes, confirming profitability as long as costs are optimized and flexible payment schemes are offered. It is concluded that the project is feasible and has the potential to be consolidated as a competitive and sustainable option in the market.
