Abstract
El liderazgo en las empresas familiar Grupo P.B. juega un papel crucial en su crecimiento y sostenibilidad, especialmente en sectores tradicionales como la panificación. En un entorno empresarial cada vez más dinámico, la adopción de estrategias innovadoras se convierte en un factor clave para garantizar la competitividad y adaptación al mercado. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar las estrategias para la adopción de un liderazgo innovador en la empresa familiar en Tegucigalpa. A través de encuestas y entrevistas a los propietarios, se identificaron y evaluaron las estrategias aplicadas en estas empresas. Los resultados revelan un alto interés por parte de los propietarios en transformar la gestión tradicional hacia modelos más flexibles y creativos, lo que favorece la sostenibilidad y el crecimiento organizacional en un entorno empresarial cambiante. Asimismo, se identificaron los desafíos que enfrentan las empresas familiar Grupo P.B. al integrar liderazgo innovador y se propusieron soluciones para mejorar su competitividad y adaptación al mercado. La investigación valida la hipótesis de que la adopción de estrategias de liderazgo innovador mejora el desempeño organizacional y la sostenibilidad. En conclusión, el liderazgo innovador es esencial para la transformación de las empresas familiar Grupo P.B., permitiéndoles afrontar los retos actuales y futuros del mercado. Los hallazgos ofrecen un marco útil para las empresas del sector, especialmente en panificación, en busca de mayor competitividad y adaptación.

In an increasingly dynamic business environment, adopting innovative strategies becomes a key factor in ensuring competitiveness and market adaptation. The objective of this research is to analyze strategies for adopting innovative leadership in family businesses in Tegucigalpa. Through surveys and interviews with business owners, the strategies applied in these companies were identified and evaluated. The results reveal a strong interest among business owners in transforming traditional management into more flexible and creative models, which enhances organizational sustainability and growth in a changing business environment. Furthermore, the challenges that family businesses face in integrating innovative leadership were identified, and solutions were proposed to improve their competitiveness and market adaptation. The research validates the hypothesis that adopting innovative leadership strategies improves organizational performance and sustainability. In conclusion, innovative leadership is essential for the transformation of family businesses, allowing them to face current and future market challenges. The findings provide a useful framework for companies in the sector, particularly in baking, seeking greater competitiveness and adaptation.
