Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta de mejora del clima
organizacional en una empresa farmacéutica en Honduras, dirigida a reducir los índices de rotación
de personal. La investigación se llevó a cabo en base a una metodología aplicada con un enfoque
descriptivo y mixto. Para evaluar el clima organizacional actual, se utilizó un cuestionario y
entrevista como instrumentos principales para recopilar datos relevantes. Los resultados revelaron
que el clima organizacional estaba caracterizado por desafíos significativos que afectaban la
retención del personal. Como resultado, se propuso un plan integral de mejoras que incluyó
iniciativas como beneficios adicionales, programas de reconocimiento, fortalecimiento de la
comunicación interna, actualización de reglamentos internos, y oportunidades mejoradas de
desarrollo profesional y crecimiento. Además, se desarrolló un cronograma detallado y se asignó
un presupuesto para la implementación efectiva de estas actividades. Esta propuesta no solo buscó
abordar las deficiencias identificadas en el clima organizacional, sino también promover un
ambiente de trabajo más saludable y satisfactorio para todos los empleados, contribuyendo así a la
estabilidad y productividad a largo plazo de la empresa.
The objective of this study was to develop a proposal to improve the organizational climate in a pharmaceutical company in Honduras, aimed at reducing personnel turnover rates. The research was carried out based on a methodology applied with a descriptive and mixed approach. To evaluate the current organizational climate, a questionnaire and interview were used as main instruments to collect relevant data. The results revealed that the organizational climate was characterized by significant challenges that affected staff retention. As a result, a comprehensive improvement plan was proposed that included initiatives such as additional benefits, recognition programs, strengthening internal communication, updating internal regulations, and improved opportunities for professional development and growth. Additionally, a detailed schedule was developed, and a budget was allocated for the effective implementation of these activities. This proposal not only sought to address the deficiencies identified in the organizational climate, but also to promote a healthier and more satisfactory work environment for all employees, thus contributing to the long-term stability and productivity of the company.
