Abstract
Esta investigación se realizó con el fin de desarrollar una propuesta de Manual de Inducción
y un Programa de Capacitación para optimizar estos procesos en la empresa Tecniseguros San
Pedro Sula; Por lo que se estableció el objetivo de que por medio de la propuesta de estas dos
herramientas se logre estructurar adecuadamente cada proceso, optimizando por medio de su
aplicación la operatividad empresarial. Para la investigación se adoptó un enfoque mixto que
incluyó la aplicación de técnicas como ser una encuesta y una entrevista dirigida a los
colaboradores de Tecniseguros San Pedro Sula para reunir insumos acerca de sus percepciones
sobre los actuales procedimientos de inducción y capacitación llevados a cabo por la empresa.
También se llevó a cabo una entrevista a la gerente de Recursos Humanos para conocer más a
fondo y desde el área ejecutora los pasos que se desarrollan al momento de contar con un nuevo
ingreso para su inducción, así como el proceso que se lleva a cabo para solicitar una capacitación.
A partir del análisis de los resultados, se desarrolló una propuesta de mejora que incluye un manual
de inducción y un programa de capacitación, así como recomendaciones basadas en lo investigado
y el presupuesto para poder ejecutar lo que cada una de las herramientas propone.
This research was carried out in order to develop a proposal for an Induction Manual and a Training Program to optimize these processes in the company Tecniseguros San Pedro Sula. Therefore, the objective was established that through the proposal of these two tools, each process could be adequately structured, optimizing business operations through their application.
