Abstract
Este estudio se realizó con el propósito de optimizar la eficiencia operativa y la gestión del
talento humano en una farmacia a través de la implementación de una estructura organizacional y
la elaboración de un manual de puestos y salarios. Se emplearon métodos cualitativos y
cuantitativos, incluyendo encuestas, cuestionarios y descriptores de puestos, en su metodología. Se
efectuó un análisis con la información recolectada para diagnosticar la situación actual de la
organización, a partir de estos datos, se propuso una estructura organizacional y se aplicaron los
descriptores de puesto para poder obtener la información necesaria para elaborar el manual de
puestos y salarios. El estudio concluyó que una estructura organizacional adecuada y un manual de
puestos y salarios son fundamentales para el éxito de la farmacia FARMACENTER. Al no contar
con una estructura formal ni con un manual de puestos que apoye a su gerente o administrador, se
recomendó a FARMACENTER la implementación de una estructura organizacional y un manual
de puestos y salarios.
This study was conducted with the purpose of optimizing operational efficiency and human talent management in a pharmacy through the implementation of an organizational structure and the development of a job and salary manual. Qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, questionnaires, and job descriptors, were employed in its methodology. An analysis was conducted with the collected information to diagnose the current situation of the organization. Based on these data, an organizational structure was proposed, and job descriptors were applied to obtain the necessary information to develop the job and salary manual. The study concluded that an adequate organizational structure and a job and salary manual are fundamental for the success of the FARMACENTER pharmacy. As there was no formal structure or job manual to support its manager or administrator, it was recommended that FARMACENTER, implement an organizational structure and a job and salary manual.
