Abstract
El presente proyecto se elaboró con el objetivo de mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en los
procesos de administración y atención de los pacientes en las clínicas dermatológicas, de acuerdo
con las investigaciones realizadas por medio de entrevistas a diferentes dermatólogos y encuestas
a pacientes, se logró identificar problemas, debilidades y oportunidades de mejora con las que
cuentan las clínicas dermatológicas.
Según los resultados obtenidos en los instrumentos de investigación se pudo observar que
los principales problemas que tienen las clínicas dermatológicas son los procesos deficientes de
citas, facturación, control de expedientes y que no cuenta con ningún reporte de las diferentes
actividades que se realizan. La mayoría de los pacientes encuestados sugieren que las citas se
puedan agendar de manera automática por medio de un sistema web o aplicación.
En vista de lo anterior, se sugirió la implementación de un sistema de información web
que permita que los pacientes puedan realizar sus citas y ver los espacios disponibles de manera
electrónica, información de los pacientes en una base de datos con la información actualizada en
tiempo real, historial de facturación y reporte de diferentes actividades realizadas.
The present project was elaborated with the objective of improving the response times in the administration processes and of the patients in the dermatological clinics, according to the investigations carried out through interviews with different dermatologists and patient surveys, it will be identified problems, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement that dermatological clinics have. According to the results obtained in the research instruments, it was possible to observe that the main problems that dermatological clinics have are the deficient processes of appointments, billing, file control and that there are no reports of the different activities that are carried out. Most of the patients surveyed suggest that appointments can be scheduled automatically through a web system or application. In view of the above, it was suggested the implementation of a web information system that allows patients to make their appointments and see the available spaces electronically, patient information in a database with updated information in real time, billing history and report of different activities carried out.
