Abstract
El presente estudio busca proponer una solución oportuna y adecuada a una problemática real y urgente en la organización Asociación Programa Amigo de los Niños (APAN), la mejora de los procesos de gestión de activos y fijos y su deficiente control interno a través de varios años, surgido de la necesidad de resolver un problema que aqueja a la organización y que ha causado mal desempeño en las auditorías realizadas así como impactos económicos negativos muy altos que perjudican por lo tanto el desarrollo operativo y financiero de la organización. Después de recopilar información y describir antecedentes como la base de análisis de la problemática se propone presentar una propuesta sobre una nueva política, aclarar algunos procedimientos y capacitar a líderes y colaboradores lo cual todo sumado y acompañado por un correcto control interno pueden llevar a la organización y este proceso en particular a buscar prontamente la eficiencia en sus actividades cotidianas. Este proyecto estaba planeado llevarse a cabo siempre pero este estudio a ayuda a hacerlo de manera ordenada, enfocada, con criterio y como base de sustento para grandes cambios en la institución.
The present study seeks to propose a timely and appropriate solution to a real and urgent problem at the Asociación Programa Amigo de los Niños (APAN): improving the management processes of fixed assets and addressing their deficient internal controls, which have persisted for several years. This problem has plagued the organization and resulted in poor performance in audits, as well as significant negative economic impacts that hinder its operational and financial development. After gathering information and describing the background as the basis for analyzing the problem, this study proposes a new policy, clarifies certain procedures, and trains leaders and staff. These measures, combined with effective internal controls, can lead the organization, and this process in particular, to achieve greater efficiency in its daily activities. This project was always planned, but this study helps to implement it in an organized, focused, and well-reasoned manner, providing a foundation for significant changes within the institution.
