dc.description.abstract	El presente informe tiene como finalidad presentar el trabajo realizado en el transcurso del tiempo durante el 11 de octubre del 2023 hasta el 22 de diciembre del 2023, tiempo de desarrollo de la práctica profesional en la empresa Grupo Kattan, Promotora de Desarrollo Inmobiliario (PDI). Se me fue asignado al departamento de proyecto civil, encargados de la realización de toda obra civil internamente de la planta. Este departamento se encarga de toda ejecución de varias urbanizaciones las cuales se estarán ejecutando de manera simultánea. Durante el periodo de práctica se participó en los diferentes proyectos dirigidos por Desarrollos Urbanos Gutiérrez (DUG), los cuales hicieron el diseño de la urbanización y de los muros de contención e Inversiones Gutiérrez el cual se encargo de el movimiento de tierra y llevar las terrazas a el nivel requerido y las rasantes de las calles. Durante el proceso se pusieron en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en clases tal como cálculo de cantidades de obra, administración de obras, ejecución de un plan de mitigación, el desarrollo de planos y normas de seguridad en un proyecto. Por último, se pudo poner en práctica el trabajo en equipo y la forma de liderar un equipo de trabajo para la realización de las diferentes tareas.	es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this report is to present the work carried out over the period from October 11, 2023, to December 22, 2023, during the professional internship at Grupo Kattan, Real Estate Development Promoter (PDI). I was assigned to the civil project department, responsible for the internal execution of all civil works within the plant. This department oversees the execution of various urbanizations that are being carried out simultaneously. Throughout the internship period, I participated in different projects led by Desarrollos Urbanos Gutiérrez (DUG), which designed the urbanization and retaining walls, and Inversiones Gutiérrez, which was responsible for earthmoving and bringing terraces to the required level, as well as the street gradients. During the process, the knowledge acquired in classes, such as quantity surveying, project management, implementation of a mitigation plan, development of plans, and safety standards in a project, was put into practice. Finally, teamwork and leadership skills were applied in carrying out various tasks.	es_ES
