Abstract
El presente trabajo se realizó con el propósito de determinar si es factible la creación de una empresa que se dedique al transporte de carga y distribución de materia prima, con ubicación en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Honduras, la rentabilidad se comprobó a través de los estudios financieros que muestran que el proyecto necesita una inversión de L.2, 100,000.00, financiados en un 19% por los socios y un 81% a través de financiamiento bancario para iniciar operaciones, monto con el cual se proyectó flujo de efectivo a un costo de oportunidad del 20% del inversor, dando la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) un 29.26%, y un valor actual neto (VAN) positivo de L. 471,195.74 En cuanto a la estructura del estudio se trabajó bajo un enfoque mixto, se aplicó encuesta al azar a través de google forms a algunos centros logísticos para analizar la demanda del mercado, conocer la oferta que existe en el mercado en el aspecto técnico que equipo es el necesario para satisfacción de demanda y cuáles son los puntos estratégicos hacia donde debe ir dirigido el servicio, con los datos anteriormente descrito se determina la viabilidad de la creación de la empresa de Transporte de Carga y Distribución de Materia Prima en San Pedro Sula.
The present work was carried out with the purpose of determining if it is feasible to créate a company that is dedicated to the transportation of cargo and distribution of raw materials, located in the city of San Pedro Sula, Honduras, the profitability was verified through the financial studies that show that the project needs an investment of L.2,100,000.00 financed 19% by the partners and 81% through bank financing to start operations, an amount with which projected cash flow at an opportunity cost of 20% of the investor, giving the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 29.26%, and a positive net present value (NPV) of L. 471,195.74 Regarding the structure of the study, we worked under a mixed approach, a random survey was applied through Google Forms to some logistics centers to analyze market demand, know the supply that exists in the market in the technical aspect, what equipment is what is necessary to satisfy demand and what are the strategic points towards which the service should be directed, with the data described above the viability of the creation of the Freight Transportation and Raw Material Distribution company in San Pedro Sula is determined.
