Resumen
Este Trabajo Final de Graduación se centró en analizar la implementación de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en los procesos contables de la empresa HAVAS EL CLAN, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia, precisión y toma de decisiones contables. Se investigó cómo la IA puede optimizar áreas clave como los registros financieros, auditoría y gestión de riesgos, permitiendo la automatización de tareas repetitivas y la mejora del análisis predictivo de datos financieros. El proceso metodológico empleó un enfoque cualitativo, con una revisión de la literatura existente, entrevistas con expertos y el análisis de datos internos de la empresa. Los resultados indicaron que la IA puede reducir errores humanos, optimizar la conciliación bancaria y facilitar la detección de anomalías en los registros contables, se recomendó la implementación gradual de herramientas de IA, priorizando la automatización de registros y la mejora del análisis predictivo, para lograr una gestión contable más eficiente y estratégica.
This Final Graduation Project focused on analyzing of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the accounting processes of HAVAS EL CLAN, with the aim of improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making in accounting. The research explored how AI can optimize key areas such as financial records, auditing, and risk management, enabling the automation of repetitive tasks and enhancing predictive analysis of financial data. The methodological approach employed a qualitative framework, including a literature review, interviews with experts, and analysis of the company's internal data. The results indicated that AI can reduce human errors, optimize bank reconciliation, and facilitate the detection of anomalies in accounting records, it was recommended to gradually implement AI tools, prioritizing the automation of records and improving predictive analysis to achieve more efficient and strategic accounting management.
