Abstract
En este estudio se presenta una propuesta de una estructura organizacional y propuesta de
manuales de puesto en COMERCIAL EQUIVETSA, dedicada a la comercialización de productos
veterinarios a nivel nacional, cuyo objetivo ha sido que los colaboradores y directivos de la
empresa conozcan la jerarquía corporativa y las funciones que deben desempeñar en cada puesto
de trabajo, para el cual se ha realizado un análisis de otros trabajos similares en la región, y
posteriormente se ha identificado que el enfoque debe de ser cualitativo por las características de
la empresa y de este estudio, integrando este con el método deductivo, y secuencialmente se aplica
todo un proceso hasta finalizar con la aplicación de la entrevista como técnica de recolección de
información acompañada del cuestionario como instrumento para obtener los datos eficazmente,
y dentro de los cuales se ha podido observar que no ha existido una estructura ni funciones de
puesto que oriente y delimiten lo que cada colaborador debe realizar, estas se han adquirido de
forma empírica y poco formal por parte de los trabajadores, por lo cual se ha recomendado la
implementación del contenido de este informe.
In this study, a proposal for an organizational structure and a proposal for position manuals is presented at COMERCIAL EQUIVETSA, dedicated to the commercialization of veterinary products at a national level, whose objective has been for the collaborators and managers of the company to know the corporate hierarchy and the functions that must be performed in each job, for which an analysis of other similar jobs in the region has been carried out, and subsequently it has been identified that the approach must be qualitative due to the characteristics of the company and this study, integrating this with the deductive method, and sequentially an entire process is applied until ending with the application of the interview as a technique for collecting information accompanied by the questionnaire as an instrument to obtain the data effectively, and within which it has been observed that there has not been There was no structure or position functions that guide and delimit what each employee must do.
