Abstract
Las piñatas,son un elemento central en las celebraciones, presentan una gran oportunidad en el mercado digital hondureño. Sin embargo, la comercialización tradicional, enfocada en ventas físicas, ha limitado su potencial de rentabilidad, existe una oportunidad clave para transformar el modelo de negocio, ofrecer una experiencia más accesible a los consumidores mediante la venta en línea, este cambio responde a las nuevas condiciones laborales y económicas, que han generado altos niveles de estrés y una vida acelerada, haciendo que las soluciones digitales sean más competitivas en la actual era tecnológica. Se realizó una investigación para evaluar la viabilidad de lanzar una empresa de piñatería en línea en el M.D.C Honduras, el estudio abarcó desde la creación de la empresa hasta un análisis de mercado para identificar la segmentación, el perfil del consumidor, los comportamientos de compra, las preferencias y los principales competidores. La recopilación de datos se realizó a través de encuestas y entrevistas, proporcionando información esencial para el desarrollo del negocio, se diseñó una estrategia de marketing digital con el fin de posicionar la tienda en redes sociales enfocada en atraer y retener clientes. El estudio técnico evaluó aspectos fundamentales como los requerimientos técnicos, la inversión inicial, los procesos operativos clave y la estructura organizacional, asegurando que la tienda opere de manera eficiente. Finalmente, el estudio financiero proyectó la rentabilidad del proyecto, confirmando que la inversión es viable y que el negocio tiene un alto potencial de crecimiento en el mercado de piñatas en línea.
Piñatas, a central element in celebrations, present a great opportunity in the Honduran digital market. However, traditional marketing, focused on physical sales, has limited its profitability potential, there is a key opportunity to transform the business model, offering a more accessible experience to consumers through online sales, this change responds to the new labor and economic conditions, which have generated high levels of stress and an accelerated life, making digital solutions more competitive in the current technological era. A research was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of launching an online piñatería company in M.D.C Honduras, the study covered from the creation of the company to a market analysis to identify segmentation, consumer profile, buying behaviors, preferences and main competitors. Data collection was conducted through surveys and interviews, providing essential information for business development, a digital marketing strategy was designed in order to position the store in social networks focused on attracting and retaining customers. The technical study evaluated fundamental aspects such as technical requirements, initial investment, key operational processes and organizational structure, ensuring that the store would operate efficiently. Finally, the financial study projected the profitability of the project, confirming that the investment is viable and that the business has a high growth potential in the online piñata market.
