dc.description.abstractEn el presente informe de investigación tiene como objetivo mostrar los resultados de prefactibilidad económica para la creación de una empresa de capacitaciones empresariales de La Ceiba, debido a que actualmente no se cuenta con una empresa de este rubro en la ciudad, teniendo como planteamiento de problema se definió así: ¿Es viable económicamente la creación de una empresa de capacitación empresarial en la Ceiba? Como objetivo general se estableció determinar la factibilidad de demanda de mercado, requisitos técnicos y de evaluación financiera para la implementación de la empresa de capacitaciones en La Ceiba. Para cumplir con dicho objetivo esta investigación se manejó bajo un enfoque mixto, no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y no probabilístico, también se realizó tres estudios para conocer si es o no rentable el proyecto, el estudio de mercado, técnico y financiero. Según los resultados se aceptó la hipótesis de la investigación ya que la TIR es mayor a la tasa de costo de capital promedio ponderado. Gracias al estudio técnico se localizó el local en Plaza Santa Mónica. La inversión para este proyecto se planifico con fondos propios y financiamiento con un 40% y 60% su estructura de capital respectivamente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research report is to show the prefeasibility results for the creation of a business training company in La Ceiba, because there is currently no company in this field in the city, with the problem statement being: defined as follows: Is the creation of a business training company in La Ceiba economically viable? The general objective was established to determine the feasibility of market demand, technical requirements, and financial evaluation for the implementation of the training company in La Ceiba. To meet this objective, this research was handled under a mixed, non-experimental, transversal, descriptive and non-probabilistic approach. Three studies were also carried out to find out whether the project is profitable or not, the market, technical and financial study. According to the results, the alternative hypothesis was accepted since the IRR is greater than the weighted average capital cost rate. Thanks to the technical study, the premises were located in Plaza Santa Mónica. The investment for this project was planned with own funds and financing with 40% and 60% of its capital structure, respectively.es_ES
