Abstract
El estudio está basado en la implementación de una propuesta de mejora para la empresa
Recarte’s Automotriz con el propósito de ayudar a la empresa a mejorar su rentabilidad. Aplicando
una herramienta de diagnóstico empresarial se lograron identificar distintas áreas de mejora en la
organización, determinando que el mayor problema con el que esta incurre es la falta de un plan
estratégico que permita a la empresa tener estructura, dirección y guía. De igual manera, se aplicó
una encuesta a los colaboradores para determinar el clima laboral y obtener una visión más amplia
sobre la empresa. La información recolectada llevó a tomar la decisión, crear un plan estratégico,
abordando ciertos puntos fundamentales para brindarle un comienzo y una dirección estructurada
y que le sirva de guía para abordar nuevas estrategias que considere necesarias para su crecimiento
y desarrollo.
The study is based on the implementation of an improvement proposal for Recarte's automotive company with the purpose of helping the company to improve its profitability. By applying a business diagnostic tool, it was possible to identify different areas of improvement in the organization, determining that the biggest problem is the lack of a strategic plan that allows the company to have structure, direction and guidance. In the same way, a survey was applied to the collaborators to determine the work environment and to obtain a broader vision of the company. The information collected led us to take the decision to create a strategic plan addressing certain fundamental points to provide a start and a structured direction and to serve as a guide to address new strategies that are considered necessary for its growth and development.
