Abstract
En esta investigación se presenta un plan que impulse la mejora orientada a fortalecer el
liderazgo transformacional en la empresa "X". Para lograrlo, se ha puesto énfasis en cuatro
aspectos fundamentales: la escucha activa, el reconocimiento de logros, el clima de confianza y
las habilidades blandas dentro del equipo de trabajo. A través de un enfoque mixto con aspectos
cualitativos y cuantitativos, transversal, no experimental, con un alcance correlacional, los datos
se recolectaron mediante una encuesta con escala Likert dirigida a colaboradores y jefes de área
con el propósito de identificar las competencias clave que pueden impulsar el liderazgo
transformacional en los departamentos de cobros y ventas. Además, se llevaron a cabo entrevistas
con los miembros del equipo para obtener una visión más profunda del proceso de desarrollo de
habilidades que actualmente aplica la empresa. A partir de los hallazgos y las competencias
identificadas, se diseñó un plan de mejora diseñado para impactar en el clima organizacional y la
innovación interna que incluye un cronograma de implementación de 6 a 12 meses y propone una
evaluación continua para asegurar la sostenibilidad de las mejoras, promoviendo así la cohesión y
el desempeño del equipo.
This research presents a plan that promotes improvement aimed at strengthening transformational leadership in company "X". To achieve this, emphasis has been placed on four fundamental aspects: active listening, recognition of achievements, a climate of trust and soft skills within the work team. Through a mixed approach with qualitative and quantitative aspects, crosssectional, non-experimental, with a correlational scope, the data was collected through a Likert scale survey aimed at employees and area managers to identify the key competencies that can drive transformational leadership in the collection and sales departments. In addition, interviews were conducted with team members to gain deeper insight into the skills development process currently being implemented by the company. Based on the findings and competencies identified, an improvement plan was designed to impact on the organizational climate and internal innovation that includes an implementation schedule of six to twelve months and proposes a continuous evaluation to ensure the sustainability of the improvements, thus promoting team cohesion and performance.
