dc.description.abstractPropuesta de incorporacion nuevos servicios para la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Choloma, 2024 La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Analizar qué tan factible es la Propuesta de Incorporación de Nuevos Servicios para la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Choloma, 2024. Tomando como justificación la gran importancia que tiene la permanencia en el tiempo la institución, la desaparición de la Cámara de Comercio en Choloma tendría un impacto profundo en la economía local, el desarrollo empresarial y la comunidad en general. Las empresas podrían enfrentar mayores desafíos en la obtención de información relevante, capacitación y asesoramiento, lo que podría limitar su crecimiento y competitividad La falta de una entidad que promueva el desarrollo empresarial y atraiga inversiones podría ralentizar el crecimiento económico de Choloma. Su ausencia podría reducir las oportunidades de inversión y expansión. Se realizó Estudio de Mercado, Técnico y Financiero; después de realizados los tres estudios propuestos al inicio de la investigación, se obtuvieron los datos necesarios para conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto. Cómo hipótesis de investigación se planteó que la ejecución del proyecto Propuesta de Incorporación de Nuevos Servicios para la Cámara de Comercio de Choloma, ofreciendo los tres servicios a las empresas del municipio de Choloma, es rentable, su la TIR es mayor al costo de capital promedio ponderado. Sí se obtuve una tasa interna de retorno mayor al costo del capital, por lo tanto, hay evidencia para aceptar la hipótesis de investigación y rechazar la hipótesis nula
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation aims to analyze how feasible is the Proposal for the Incorporation of New Services for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Choloma, 2024. Taking as justification the great importance of the permanence of the institution over time, the disappearance of the Chamber of Commerce in Choloma would have a profound impact on the local economy, business development and the community in general. Companies could fase greater challenges in obtaining relevant information, training and advice, which could limit their growth and competitiveness. The lack of an entity that promotes business development and attracts investments could slow down the economic growth of Choloma. Its absence could reduce investment and expansion opportunities. A Market, Technical and Financial Study was carried out; after carrying out the three studies proposed at the beginning of the investigation, the necessary data was obtained to know the profitability of the project. The research hypothesis was that the execution of the project Proposal for the Incorporation of New Services for the Choloma Chamber of Commerce, offering the three services to the companies of the municipality of Choloma, is profitable, its IRR is greater than the weighted average cost of capital. An internal rate of return greater than the cost of capital was obtained, therefore, there is evidence to accept the research hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis.
