Las organizaciones reconocen que la gestión del talento humano representa un factor fundamental para alcanzar mejores niveles de desempeño, compromiso y desarrollo profesional, por lo que su fortalecimiento se ha convertido es una necesidad dentro de la organización. Siendo el objetivo principal de este trabajo diseñar una propuesta de mejora orientada a fortalecer la gestión del talento humano, mediante el análisis de las variables desarrollo y carrera, liderazgo organizacional y cultura de desempeño. Enmarcándolo es una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental, transeccional y correlacional-causal. Aplicando un instrumento de recolección de datos a 26 colaboradores en posiciones de mandos medios, con el propósito de conocer su percepción sobre la gestión del talento humano y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral. Destacando que los resultados evidenciaron una percepción moderada favorable, identificando fortalezas en el desempeño laboral y oportunidades de mejora en el liderazgo organizacional, la evaluación del desempeño y los procesos de desarrollo interno. Concluyendo que el fortalecimiento de la gestión del talento humano constituye una oportunidad para mejorar el compromiso, el desarrollo profesional y la efectividad laboral
Organizations recognize that human talent management represents a fundamental factor to achieve better levels of performance, commitment and professional development, which is why its strengthening has become a necessity within the organization. The main objective of this work is to design an improvement proposal aimed at strengthening human talent management, through the analysis of the variable’s development and career, organizational leadership and performance culture. Framing it is research with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, transactional and correlational-causal. Applying a data collection instrument to 26 employees in middle management positions, with the purpose of knowing their perception of human talent management and its impact on job performance. Highlighting that the results showed a moderate favorable perception, identifying strengths in work performance and opportunities for improvement in organizational leadership, performance evaluation and development processes. Concluding that strengthening human talent management constitutes an opportunity to improve commitment, professional development and work effectiveness
