Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal evaluar la prefactibilidad de implementar la norma ISO 9001:2015 en un sistema ERP de la empresa Mega Red. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque descriptivo y analítico. En primera instancia, se realizó una caracterización del entorno organizacional de Mega Red, identificando los factores críticos de éxito que influyen en la competitividad de la empresa. Entre ellos se destacan la necesidad de fortalecer la gestión documental, optimizar el control de procesos y garantizar la trazabilidad de la información. Estos elementos se relacionan directamente con los principios de la norma ISO 9001:2015, la cual promueve un enfoque basado en procesos y en la satisfacción del cliente. Posteriormente, se efectuó un análisis de viabilidad técnica y operativa para integrar la norma dentro del ERP existente. Este análisis incluyó la revisión de los módulos de gestión documental, control de procesos y trazabilidad, así como la identificación de brechas en capacitación del personal. Se concluyó que la implementación requiere un programa de formación continua, orientado a desarrollar competencias en gestión de calidad y uso del ERP como herramienta de soporte.
The main objective of this research was to evaluate the pre-feasibility of implementing the standard in Mega Red's ERP system. The study was development using a descriptive and analytical approach. First, Mega Red's organizational environment and characterized, identifying the critical success factors that influence the company's competitiveness. These included the need to strengthen document management, optimize process control, and ensure information traceability. These elements are related to the principles of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which promotes a process-based approach and customer satisfaction. Subsequently, a technical and operational feasibility analysis performed to integrate the standard into the existing ERP system. This analysis included a review of the document management, process control, and traceability modules, as well as the identification of staff training gaps. It concluded that implementation requires a continuous training program focused on developing competencies in quality management and the use of the ERP as a support tool.
