Abstract
El presente proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de una plataforma web que facilite la conexión entre personas que requieren servicios en el hogar y trabajadores calificados en rubros como albañilería, fontanería, carpintería, electricidad. Esta iniciativa surge ante la necesidad de contar con un medio confiable, rápido y seguro para contratar servicios de mantenimiento y reparación, que a menudo se dificulta por la falta de una herramienta tecnológica centralizada. El sistema permitirá el registro de profesionales, la búsqueda de servicios por especialidad y ubicación, la generación de reservas, pagos en línea, y la evaluación de los servicios prestados. Como resultado, se espera no solo mejorar la experiencia del usuario al contratar estos servicios, sino también contribuir al crecimiento económico de trabajadores independientes mediante la visibilidad y sistematización de su trabajo.
This project consists of the development of a web platform that facilitates the connection between individuals seeking home services and qualified workers in fields such as masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and electricity. This initiative arises from the need for a reliable, fast, and secure way to hire maintenance and repair services, which is often hindered by the lack of a centralized technological tool. The system will allow professionals to register, users to search for services by specialty and location, make reservations, process online payments, and evaluate the services provided. As a result, the platform aims not only to improve the user experience when hiring these services but also to contribute to the economic growth of independent workers by increasing their visibility and formalizing their work.
