Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar el impacto del coaching estratégico en el desarrollo del talento en la empresa Inversiones Medina Rodríguez S. de R.L., ubicada en Tegucigalpa, Honduras, durante el primer semestre de 2025. Esta investigación parte de la necesidad de fortalecer el talento humano en un contexto organizacional, identificando como el coaching estratégico puede convertirse en una herramienta fundamental para alinear los objetivos individuales con los organizacionales potenciando así competencias y mejorando el desempeño de cada uno de los colaboradores. La metodología utilizada se enmarca en un enfoque mixto y el uso de tres instrumentos validados, Encuesta de Satisfacción Laboral, Encuesta de Coaching Estratégico y Evaluación 360°, se obtuvieron datos representativos sobre motivación, liderazgo y clima laboral. Los resultados evidencian que el coaching estratégico fortalece la gestión del talento y favorece la permanencia de los colaboradores.
