Abstract
La presente investigación evaluó la situación actual de la infraestructura y el modelo de sostenibilidad de la Casa del Deportista de la CONDEPAH, con el objetivo de proponer un plan de fortalecimiento integral que permita mejorar su gestión administrativa, financiera y operativa. Se utilizó una metodología de enfoque mixto, con herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas que permitieron diagnosticar las condiciones físicas del inmueble, analizar los recursos financieros existentes, identificar debilidades institucionales y proponer estrategias sostenibles. Se diseñó un modelo financiero basado en la identificación de fuentes de ingreso alternas, alianzas público-privadas y la creación de un fondo rotatorio. Asimismo, se propuso un modelo de gobernanza participativa, enfocado en la creación de un comité de gestión, un reglamento operativo y talleres de formación dirigidos a los actores involucrados. Los resultados mostraron una limitada capacidad de autogestión y una alta dependencia de fondos gubernamentales, por lo que las propuestas planteadas buscan fortalecer la autonomía institucional, garantizar la sostenibilidad económica y promover una cultura organizacional participativa. La investigación concluyó que la implementación del plan contribuiría significativamente al mejoramiento de las condiciones de la Casa del Deportista y a su permanencia como un espacio clave para el desarrollo del deporte nacional.
This research evaluated the current situation of the infrastructure and the sustainability model of CONDEPAH's Casa del Deportista, with the objective of proposing a comprehensive strengthening plan to improve its administrative, financial and operational management. A mixed approach methodology was used, with qualitative and quantitative tools that made it possible to diagnose the physical conditions of the building, analyze the existing financial resources, identify institutional weaknesses and propose sustainable strategies. A financial model was designed based on the identification of alternative sources of income, public-private partnerships and the creation of a revolving fund. A participatory governance model was also proposed, focusing on the creation of a management committee, operating regulations and training workshops for stakeholders. The results showed a limited capacity for self-management and a high dependence on government funds, so the proposals proposed seek to strengthen institutional autonomy, guarantee economic sustainability and promote a participatory organizational culture. The research concluded that the implementation of the plan would contribute significantly to the improvement of the conditions of the Casa del Deportista and its permanence as a key space for the development of national sport.
