Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of visible leadership on organizational safety culture. The main objective was to determine the relationship between leadership visibility and the strength of the safety culture. A mixed methodological approach was employed, combining quantitative methods through surveys of employees from various industries, and qualitative methods to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. The results revealed a significant correlation between visible leadership and improvements in safety culture, which translated into an increase in both compliance with standards and employee commitment. The analysis underscored the importance of implementing organizational policies and leadership training programs that emphasize leader visibility. As a main conclusion, it is recommended that organizations foster visible and active leadership to strengthen their safety culture. It was also suggested that future research explore the longterm effects of visible leadership on safety culture through longitudinal studies.
