Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como finalidad presentar un estudio de prefactibilidad para la Creación de un campo de minigolf y área de comida en Tegucigalpa, Honduras. El negocio proporcionará un espacio para la recreación de los capitalinos. Dentro del estudio de prefactibilidad se realizará análisis financiero, técnico y de mercado, como elementos fundamentales para determinar la rentabilidad y viabilidad de dicho proyecto.
The purpose of the research is to present the results of prefeasibility for the establishment of a Minigolf course with food area in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The business will provide a space for recreation for the capital residents. Within the feasibility study, financial, technical and market analysis will be made, as fundamental elements to determine the profitability and viability of the project.
