Abstract
En el presente documento se realizó una investigación acerca del sistema de gestión de
R.R.H.H y la unidad de Planillas, contribuyendo a mejorar los procesamientos de información
que requiere el departamento e implementar actualizaciones de las tecnologías con las
herramientas necesarias para poder cumplir con las necesidades del cliente interno.
Adicionalmente, se identificaron ineficiencias en el sistema de gestión de información de
R.R.H.H haciendo de ellos procesamientos extensos, para los cuales se sugirieron acortar
procesos para poder tener una efectividad en las gestiones correspondientes.
Además, el SANAA actualmente se encuentra en un proceso de reestructuración en el
departamento de RRHH lo cual se les dificulta realizar las gestiones correspondientes o gestiones
que las autoridades solicitan, lo cual hace necesario poder implementar un nuevo sistema de
gestión de información en su administración con el fin de que se puedan cumplir los objetivos
que el departamento establece de acuerdo con sus metas.
