Abstract
El presente documento contiene una investigación sobre la intención de emprender un negocio de los estudiantes de último año de la carrera de administración de empresas de CEUTEC, Tegucigalpa, en el cual analizaremos las cualidades que son más importantes para emprender, los principales obstáculos a los cuáles se enfrentan al momento de emprender, así mismo los conocer cuáles son las expectativas sobre emprendimiento que tienen los estudiantes, la formación que recibe el estudiantado, así mismo las carencias percibidas por ellos. Emprender es un término que tiene múltiples acepciones, según el contexto en que se emplee le será la connotación que se le adjudique. En el ámbito de los negocios el emprendedor es un empresario, es el propietario de una empresa comercial con fines de lucro, en Honduras el 70% de las PYMES son generadores de empleo. Se puede decir que en los últimos cinco años se le ha dado más apoyo por parte de la Cámara de Comercio y el COHEP. Para que la actividad emprendedora de un país se dinamice, no basta con que los individuos tengan valores y competencias para iniciar nuevos negocios; es fundamental que el entorno macroeconómico y empresarial aporte con un adecuado ecosistema que genere una cultura de apoyo, adecuadas redes de contacto e instituciones eficientes. Por lo cual se analizaron ciertos componentes como ser factores políticos, factores económicos, sociales, tecnológicos, ecológicos y ambientales. El emprendimiento es una alternativa para la cual se determina crear una empresa en la cual se debe ser un buen administrador, y se debe tener presente que se debe enfrentar a muchos retos, el más común en nuestro país es la constitución legal de la empresa, de igual manera, se deben analizar los precios, la competencia, la cultura organizacional y la retención de clientes. El resultado de la investigación nos indicó que un alto porcentaje de los estudiantes no tienen intención de emprender, ya que prefieren seguir estudiando, sin embargo, cuentan con las cualidades adquiridas para emprender, según los resultados obtenidos determinamos que los principales obstáculos para emprender en Honduras según esta investigación son el financiamiento, obstáculos legales y el temor a emprender.

Entrepreneurship is a term that has multiple meanings, depending on the context in which it is used, the connotation assigned to it will be. In the field of business, the entrepreneur is a businessman, he is the owner of a for-profit commercial company, in Honduras 70% of SMEs are job generators. It can be said that in the last five years it has received more support from the Chamber of Commerce and COHEP. For the entrepreneurial activity of a country to become more dynamic, it is not enough for individuals to have values and skills to start new businesses; It is essential that the macroeconomic and business environment contribute with an adequate ecosystem that generates a culture of support, adequate contact networks and efficient institutions. Therefore, certain components were analyzed, such as political factors, economic, social, technological, ecological and environmental factors. Entrepreneurship is an alternative for which it is determined to create a company in which you must be a good administrator, and you must keep in mind that you must face many challenges, the most common in our country is the legal constitution of the company, Similarly, prices, competition, organizational culture and customer retention must be analyzed. The result of the investigation indicated that a high percentage of students do not intend to undertake, since they prefer to continue studying, however, they have the qualities acquired to undertake, according to the results obtained, we determined that the main obstacles to entrepreneurship in Honduras According to this research, they are financing, legal obstacles and the fear of undertaking.
