Abstract
Se investigó mediante un diseño no experimental con enfoque cualitativo de alcance exploratorio, acerca de las actitudes de los estudiantes de penúltimo y último año de la carrera de Administración de Empresas de CEUTEC Tegucigalpa hacia la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE), respecto a las variables: compromiso social con los demás y el entorno, el ejercicio profesional desde el compromiso social, formación en los principios de la RSE y los valores personales. La muestra se constituyó por 148 unidades, utilizando el cuestionario como instrumento para recabar información empírica que permitió determinar este tipo de actitudes. Los resultados mostraron que existen actitudes desarrolladas y completamente desarrolladas orientadas a realizar voluntariados, empatía al abordar temas acerca de las condiciones desfavorables de los demás, compromiso social, colaboración con eventos de RSE, anuencia para analizar las problemáticas sociales y proponer posibles soluciones, compañerismo en la interacción con diversos sectores sociales para la práctica de la RSE, participar en actividades de beneficio comunitario, promover temas de RSE, sensibilidad ambiental sobre temas que involucran el consumo desmedido de recursos, disposición para planificar actividades de RSE desde el plano particular/familiar, preocupación por la protección del medioambiente, anuencia a mantenerse informados sobre las causas que generan problemáticas sociales, anuencia para realizar actividades de beneficencia y actitudes positivas hacia la defensa del medioambiente.
It was investigated by means of a non-experimental design with a qualitative approach of exploratory scope, about the attitudes of the penultimate and last year students of the CEUTEC Tegucigalpa Business Administration career towards corporate social responsibility (CSR), regarding the variables: social commitment with others and the environment, professional practice from social commitment, training in the principles of CSR and personal values. The sample is made up of 140 units, using the questionnaire as an instrument to collect empirical information that will determine this type of attitudes. The results show that there are developed and fully developed attitudes aimed at volunteering, empathy when addressing issues about the unfavorable conditions of others, social commitment, collaboration with CSR, consent to analyze social problems and propose possible solutions, companionship in interaction with various social sectors for the practice of CSR, participate in community benefit activities, promote CSR issues, environmental awareness on issues that involve the excessive consumption of resources, willingness to plan CSR activities from the private / family level, concern for the protection of the environment, consent to stay informed about the causes that generate social problems, consent to carry out charitable activities and positive attitudes towards the defense of the environment.
