Abstract
Se realizó una investigación que tuvo como enfoque la identificación de los factores que afectan
directamente a la gestión de la educación a nivel básico en Honduras, definiendo que el principal
responsable de esta gestión es la Secretaría de Educación y remarcando la importancia de la
educación en el país; Asimismo, el proceso de recolección de información se aplicó a los
docentes que son de los principales actores de la educación en Honduras; Observándose
problemas dentro de los centros educativos como un poco apoyo de las autoridades de la
Secretaría de Educación de acuerdo a lo dicho por los docentes y procesos que todavía se llevan
a cabo de una manera que podría mejorarse, todo esto afectando en el desempeño del docente.
Como solución a esta problemática, se propuso tanto la documentación como el desarrollo de un
aplicativo web que sirva de herramienta tecnológica que ejecute algunos procesos de apoyo para
los docentes, de esta manera éste puede optimizar su tiempo y así se ayude a un correcto proceso
de aprendizaje-enseñanza, con una idónea educación para el estudiante.
An investigation was conducted focusing on the identification of factors that directly affect the management of education at the basic level in Honduras, defining that the main responsible for this management is the Ministry of Education and stressing the importance of education in the country; likewise, the process of information collection was applied to teachers who are the main actors in education in Honduras; Problems observed within schools as a little support from the authorities of the Ministry of Education as stated by teachers and processes that are still carried out in a way that could be improved, all this affecting the performance of the teacher. As a solution to this problem, both the documentation and development of a web application were proposed to serve as a technological tool that executes some support processes for teachers. This way, they can optimize their time and help with a proper learning-teaching process, providing suitable education for students.
