| dc.description.abstract | Existen en la actualidad diversas librerías qué no cuentan con un sistema que les permita llevar un control relacionado con respecto a su negocio asimismo brindar una accesibilidad de mayor calidad hacia los clientes y tener una relación más cercana con ellos de esta manera se plantea una mejor visión para esta clase de negocios planteando grandes alcances con la adaptación de este sistema para solventar y complementar ciertas necesidades. Con el sistema se solvento diversos procesos que tienen este tipo de negocio de manera más factible en los cuales se creará un seguimiento y un establecimiento de los productos que se ofrecen, de igual manera se contará con el control de los inventarios y de las ventas y un mejor manejo en cuanto a los clientes al momento de establecer un orden a través de todos los procesos que se implementarán en dicho sistema brindando así una mayor calidad y facilidad para las librerías. Al final lo que se logro es la creación de una mayor facilidad al momento de emplear dicho sistema en las librerías de tal manera que esta se adapte, brindando así una mayor calidad de servicio y facilidad por parte de la librería al momento de realizar todos los procesos de sus productos y relación con sus clientes | |
| dc.description.abstract | There are currently several libraries that do not have a system that allows them to carry a related control with respect to their business also provide a higher quality accessibility to customers and have a closer relationship with them in this way a better vision is proposed for this type of business, proposing great scope with the adaptation of this system to solve and complement certain needs. The system will solve various processes that have this type of business in a more feasible way in which will be created a follow-up and an establishment of the products offered, in the same way it will have the control of inventories and sales and better management in terms of customers when establishing an order through all the processes that will be implemented in the system thus providing a higher quality and ease for bookstores. In the end, what we intend to achieve is to create a greater ease at the time of using the system in the bookstores so that it adapts, thus providing a higher quality of service and ease by the bookstore when performing all the processes of their products and relationship with their customers. | |
