Resumen
La investigación tiene como propósito realizar una evaluación integral de las amenazas de ciberseguridad que afectan la infraestructura tecnológica del Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo y descriptivo, apoyado en técnicas de recolección de datos como encuestas estructuradas con escala de Likert y entrevistas dirigidas al personal de tecnologías de la información y áreas vinculadas a la gestión operativa del aeropuerto.
This research aims to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the cybersecurity threats affecting the technological infrastructure of Palmerola International Airport, The study was developed using a quantitative and descriptive methodological approach, supported by data collection techniques such as structured surveys with a Likert scale and interviews with information technology personnel and staff from areas related to the airport's operational management.
