Abstract
El presente trabajo aborda la necesidad de optimizar los procesos de Planificación de Producción y Cadena de Suministros mediante la innovación tecnológica. Ante las limitaciones de los sistemas tradicionales, esta investigación propone la implementación de un Sistema Inteligente basado en Inteligencia Artificial (IA). Este modelo está diseñado para integrar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos, generando pronósticos de demanda y producción más precisos. Su objetivo principal es mejorar la eficiencia operativa, minimizando sobrecostos por inventario excesivo y reduciendo los tiempos de desabastecimiento.
This study addresses the need to optimize Production Planning and Supply Chain Management processes through technological innovation. In response to the limitations of traditional systems, this research proposes the implementation of an Intelligent System based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). The proposed model is designed to integrate and analyze large volumes of data, enabling the generation of more accurate demand and production forecasts. Its primary objective is to enhance operational efficiency by minimizing excess inventory costs and reducing stockout periods.
