Abstract
El presente Trabajo Final de Graduación tuvo como propósito analizar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la rotación de personal en Inversiones Celaque, empresa del sector inmobiliario y de construcción en Tegucigalpa, con la finalidad de identificar los factores que influyen en esta problemática y proponer estrategias que fortalezcan la retención del talento humano. La investigación se desarrolló mediante un enfoque cuantitativo apoyado en encuestas aplicadas a colaboradores y revisión documental, lo que permitió obtener información relevante sobre las percepciones respecto a dimensiones como comunicación, liderazgo, reconocimiento, respeto mutuo, oportunidades de desarrollo y satisfacción laboral. Los resultados evidenciaron que la capacitación, el reconocimiento y el ambiente laboral positivo fortalecieron la intención de permanencia, mientras que la insuficiente remuneración y las limitadas oportunidades de ascenso representaron riesgos significativos de rotación. Se concluyó que existe una relación directa entre el clima organizacional y la decisión de los colaboradores de permanecer o abandonar la empresa, recomendándole a Inversiones Celaque 10 implementar un plan estratégico que priorice la equidad salarial y el desarrollo profesional para reducir la rotación y consolidar un ambiente laboral sostenible.
The purpose of this Final Graduation Project was to analyze the relationship between organizational climate and staff turnover at Inversiones Celaque, a company in the real estate and construction sector in Tegucigalpa, with the aim of identifying the factors that influence this issue and proposing strategies to strengthen human talent retention. The research was carried out through a quantitative approach supported by surveys administered to employees and documentary review, which provided relevant information regarding perceptions of dimensions such as communication, leadership, recognition, mutual respect, development opportunities, and job satisfaction. The results showed that training, recognition, and a positive work environment strengthened the intention to remain, while insufficient compensation and limited opportunities for advancement represented significant risks of turnover. It was 11 concluded that there is a direct relationship between organizational climate and employees’ decision to remain in or leave the company, recommending that Inversiones Celaque implement a strategic plan that prioritizes salary equity and professional development to reduce turnover and consolidate a sustainable work environment.
