Abstract
La investigación que se llevó a cabo en la presente investigación en el actual periodo académico cuya finalidad era elaborar un plan marketing para la agencia de viajes We Travel, la investigación fue realizado bajo un mixto cuantitativo y cualitativo con un diseño de investigación no experimental, ya que se empleó una recolección de datos a través de encuestas realizadas que ayudaron a concretar el plan de medios que estaría llevando a cabo en la investigación, dentro de dicho plan de medios, se incorpora la elaboración de podcast con el gerente administrativo de la empresa para informar a los clientes de los diversos beneficios que se pueden adquirir a través de una agencia de viajes. Los resultados adquiridos a través del plan de medios implementados en la investigación, y el uso de la landing page elaborado por los integrantes que conforman el presente grupo incremento la interacción de los clientes de la agencia de viajes en un aproximado de 12% en el primer mes, a su vez a la agencia de viaje se detalló un plan de control para mantener los mismos índices de desempeño para los próximos 3 meses el cual se encuentra detallado en plan de marketing del documento para la agencia de viajes WE TRAVEL.
The research that was carried out in the present investigation in the current academic period whose purpose was to develop a marketing plan for the travel agency We Travel, the research was conducted under a mixed quantitative and qualitative with a non-experimental research design, since a data collection was used through surveys that helped to realize the media plan that would be carried out in the investigation, within the media plan, incorporates the development of podcast with the administrative manager of the company to inform customers of the various benefits that can be purchased through a travel agency. The results acquired through the media plan implemented in the research, and the use of the landing page developed by the members of this group increased the interaction of customers of the travel agency by approximately 12% in the first month, in turn the travel agency detailed a control plan to maintain the same performance rates for the next 3 months which is detailed in the marketing plan document for the travel agency WE TRAVEL.
