Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito el desarrollo de la investigación con la Percepción Generalizada de la Situación Actual de las Mipymes con Relación al Proceso Administrativo, describiendo la Planeación, la Organización, la Dirección y el Control, dando a conocer la importancia que estas tienen en el desarrollo de los objetivos. La investigación se desarrolla con un estudio descriptivo. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación, se utilizó el enfoque mixto, con el cual se logró recopilar información mediante una herramienta de encuesta en línea logrando medir con eficiencia la muestra. Para poder obtener la mayor información con respecto a la muestra se utilizó el método no probabilístico por conveniencia y también es tipo transversal ya que recolecta los datos en tiempo exclusivos para ser estudiado. Con los resultados de la investigación se han interpretado con la finalidad de conocer la descripción real en cuanto a los procesos administrativos en las Mipymes de Tegucigalpa. El objetivo general que guío este estudio es describir el proceso administrativo de las Mipymes en Tegucigalpa, estableciendo aspectos importantes en la planeación, organización, dirección y control, con la finalidad de identificar oportunidades de mejora. El tema que se desarrolla es de suma relevancia para futuros estudios, ya que esto permite conocer los procesos básicos para que se logre describir de manera eficiente los procesos administrativos, logrando compartir ideas y de esta forma permitirá obtener que nuevas generaciones logren identificar oportunidades de mejoras.
The purpose of this work is the development of the research with the Generalized Perception of the Current Situation of the MSMEs in relation to the Administrative Process, describing the Planning, Organization, Management and Control, making known the importance that these have in the development of the objectives. The research is developed with a descriptive study, for the development of this research, the mixed approach was used, with which it was possible to collect information through an online survey tool, managing to efficiently measure of the sample. In order to obtain the most information regarding the sample, the non-probalistic method for convenience was used and it is also a transversal type since it collects the data in exclusive time to be studied. The results of the research have been interpreted in order to know the real description in terms of the administrative processes in the Mipymes of Tegucigalpa. The general objective that guided this study is to describe the administrative process of the Mipymes in Tegucigalpa by establishing important aspects in the planning, organization, management and control, in order to identify opportunities for improvement. The topic that is developed is of great relevance for future studies, since this allows to know the basic processes so that it is possible to describe efficiently the administrative processes, managing to share ideas and in this way will allow new generations to identify opportunities for improvement.
