Abstract
La presente propuesta para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Proyectos en Vesta, enfocado en la administración de plataformas tecnológicas, busca redefinir la forma en que la organización aborda sus iniciativas. El objetivo primordial es potenciar los beneficios derivados de cada proyecto, asegurando su alineamiento estratégico y persiguiendo una ventaja competitiva sostenible a través de la optimización y el uso eficiente de los recursos. Esto implica trascender la visión de proyectos aislados para integrarlos en un entorno de gestión unificado mediante una plataforma centralizada. Para el desarrollo de esta propuesta, se han capitalizado los principios y buenas prácticas de la Guía del PMBOK®. El análisis riguroso, tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo, de los datos recabados a través de encuestas y entrevistas, ha proporcionado la evidencia estadística fundamental para identificar con claridad los desafíos actuales en la gestión de proyectos de Vesta, los beneficios tangibles esperables con esta implementación, y su sólida factibilidad.
This proposal for implementing a Project Management System at Vesta, focused on the administration of technological platforms, seeks to redefine how the organization approaches its initiatives. The primary objective is to enhance the benefits derived from each project, ensuring their strategic alignment and pursuing a sustainable competitive advantage through the optimization and efficient use of resources. This implies transcending the vision of isolated projects to integrate them into a unified management environment through a centralized platform. For the development of this proposal, the principles and best practices of the PMBOK® Guide have been leveraged. The rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected through surveys and interviews has provided fundamental statistical evidence to clearly identify the current challenges in Vesta's project management, the tangible benefits expected from this implementation, and its strong feasibility.
