Abstract
The feasibility study for implementing nursing and psychological support units in the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Transportation focuses on analyzing the viability of establishing mental health and primary care services within this government institution. The study addresses the issue of work-related stress and the lack of adequate resources to meet employees' health needs, which negatively affects their well-being and productivity. Based on a thorough review of international and national backgrounds, the study explores the proven benefits of implementing nursing and psychological support units in similar contexts, demonstrating how these interventions can reduce absenteeism and improve work performance. Additionally, a theoretical framework is presented that includes key concepts of occupational health and organizational psychology, and the study's objectives are defined, focusing on evaluating the technical, economic, and social feasibility of the proposal, as well as identifying the necessary resources for its effective implementation in the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Transportation
