Abstract
internacionales.
This research analyzes the adoption of cloud computing strategies at the National University of Agriculture (UNAG) to assess their impact on technological infrastructure, data security, and administrative processes. Through a qualitative approach, the study identified the perceived benefits and challenges of cloud adoption, highlighting operational continuity and remote access as key advantages, while lack of training and cloud governance were noted as major barriers. The research applied Grounded Theory and Content Analysis methodologies to structure the findings, which emphasize the need for a comprehensive strategy to strengthen planning, security, and staff training in cloud technologies. Based on these results, recommendations are provided to optimize cloud adoption at UNAG through best practices and international standards.
