Abstract
La presente investigación se realiza con el fin de saber sobre los programas de lealtad en los restaurantes de comida rápida: estrategias para incrementar la lealtad de sus consumidores en el distrito central. El diseño de la investigación se basó en un enfoque mixto tanto cualitativo como método experimental descriptivo y diseño transversal.
This research is carried out in order to know about loyalty programs in fast food restaurants: strategies to increase the loyalty of their consumers in the central district. The research design was based on a mixed approach, both qualitative and descriptive experimental method, and cross-sectional design.
