| dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se llevó a cabo el proceso de investigación que tuvo como objetivo analizar la implementación de Autolotes en la venta de vehículos usados o seminuevos en Tegucigalpa. Se realizo estudios para conocer la situación ya sea a través de libros, páginas de internet, entrevista, encuesta, así obtener información precisa sobre los factores que incrementan la competitividad de las agencias que se encuentran en este rubro, con objetivos de conocer como este negocio administran y manejan sus procesos y servicios. Se realizo una investigación, llevando a cabo una encuesta, entrevista con empleados y clientes, de acuerdo con ellos, se ha observado y analizado algunas estrategias de mejora, como el poder identificar las necesidades de los clientes, la factibilidad de las ventas, de esta manera cubrir y ofrecer productos más adecuado y en el momento justo. Poder conocer que desean los compradores pueden ser una gran ventaja para algunas empresas, poder realizar oportunidades y la creación de herramienta tecnológica, para mejorar la gestión de información de clientes, inventarios de los autolotes, mediante un sistema web, para garantizar la prestación de un servicio de mayor calidad. La elaboración de esta investigación y de acuerdo con el análisis que se realizó permitiendo una oportunidad de implementar un sistema web para el uso de mejoras, mayores ingresos, en lo cual podrán ofrecer mejores productos, y poder brindarle información de los proveedores, registro de empleado, mejorar la relación con los clientes. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this document the research process was carried out with the objective of analyzing the implementation of Autolotes in the sale of used or pre-owned vehicles in Tegucigalpa. Studies were carried out to know the situation either through books, internet pages, interviews, surveys, in order to obtain precise information about the factors that increase the competitiveness of the agencies that sell used or pre-owned vehicles as well as information about their clients, with the objective of knowing how these autolotes administer and manage their processes and services. A research was conducted, gathering information by conducting a series of survey and interview with employee and customer, according to them, it has been observed and analyzed some strategies for improvement, such as being able to identify customer needs, the feasibility of sales, in this way cover and offer products more appropriate and at the right time. Knowing what buyers want can be a great advantage for some companies, being able to realize opportunities and the creation of technological tools, to improve the management of customer information, inventories of autolotes, through a web system, to ensure the provision of a higher quality service. The realization of this research and according to the analysis that was performed allowing an opportunity to implement a web system for the use of improvements, higher income, in which they will be able to offer better products, and be able to improve information from suppliers, employee registration, improve the relationship with customers. | |
