dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto se crea con el propósito de ayudar a los negocios de ferretería que no tengan un sistema informático con el cual administrar los diferentes procesos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del negocio, el poseer una página web les facilitará la accesibilidad a los empleados para poder desempeñarse de una forma rápida y eficiente. La importancia de un sistema informático que cubra las necesidades es de suma importancia para los negocios ya que, dependiendo de la velocidad y la utilidad de dicho sistema informático, se verá afectada la productividad de los empleados y la satisfacción de los clientes, ya que al ser un enfocado en la venta de herramientas y materiales precisos, es necesario que el sistema sea rápido y detallado para facilitar las ventas y el control de inventario. Una vez el sistema sea creado e implementado los empleados tendrán acceso a los diferentes procesos dependiendo del rol del empleado y los privilegios que deban tener, el acceso al sistema será posible desde cualquier dispositivo autorizado o designado por el personal de IT. Al ser implementado el sistema informático adecuado en una ferretería, se verán mejoras considerables en la administración tanto de los productos que están en inventario, en la interacción con los proveedores, hasta la satisfacción de los clientes, el contar con un sistema informático aportará mayor seguridad tanto en la información de los empleados y el negocio, hasta la información personal de los clientes, diferentes vulnerabilidades que se presentan en el día a día serán solventadas utilizando diferentes métodos de seguridad y verificación que serán aplicados en el sistema informático.
dc.description.abstractThis project is created with the purpose of helping hardware businesses that do not have a software system with which to administer the different processes necessary for the proper functioning of the business, having a web page will provide accessibility to employees in order to perform in a fast and efficient way. The importance of a computer system that meets the needs is of utmost importance for businesses because, according to the speed and usefulness of such a computer system, it will have an impact on the productivity of employees and customer satisfaction, since being a focused on the sale of tools and precise materials, it is necessary that the system is fast and detailed to facilitate sales and inventory control. Once the system is created and implemented, employees will have access to the different processes according to the employee's role and the privileges they should have, access to the system will be possible from any device authorized or designated by the IT staff. By implementing a proper computer system in a store, considerable improvements will be seen in the administration of the products in inventory, in the interaction with suppliers, to customer satisfaction, having a computer system will provide greater security both in the information of employees and the business, to the personal information of customers, different vulnerabilities that occur in the day to day will be solved using different methods of security and verification that will be applied in the computer system.
