Abstract
El trabajo de tesis tuvo como principal objetivo evaluar la viabilidad de la incorporación de los talleres vocacionales en el Proyecto Manuelito, la investigación dio inicio describiendo la situación actual de la institución, a través de la cual se identificó la necesidad de implementar la formación técnica profesional para los alumnos de los grados sexto, séptimo y octavo. Partiendo de esto se realizó un diagnóstico, se aplicó una encuesta para conocer las preferencias de los alumnos en cuanto a los talleres vocacionales, posteriormente se elaboró la propuesta para la implementación, la cual contiene el estudio técnico que describe todo lo relacionado a la adquisición de la maquinaria y equipo, materiales e insumos, de igual forma el estudio financiero que brinda información clave relacionado a la inversión para la puesta en marcha de los talleres vocacionales, finalmente se presenta el cronograma con el detalle de los costos, se identificaron los riesgos con la estratégica a aplicar, lo cual es importante considerar para todo proyecto.
The main objective of the thesis was to evaluate the feasibility of incorporating vocational workshops into the "Manuelito Project". The research began by describing the institution's current situation, through which the need to implement technical and professional training for students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades was identified. Based on this, a diagnosis was conducted, and a survey was applied to determine students' preferences regarding to vocational workshops. Subsequently, a proposal for implementation was developed, which includes a technical study describing everything related to the acquisition of machinery and equipment, materials, and supplies. Similarly, the financial study provides a key information related to the investment needed to launch the vocational workshops. Finally, a schedule detailing costs is presented, along with an identification of risks and the strategies to address them, which are important to take into consideration.
