Abstract
La presente investigacion tuvo como finalidad Analizar el nivel de clima laboral percibido por los colaboradores de la empresa de construcción Merendón considerando las dimensiones de liderazgo, motivación, compensación salarial, condiciones laborales y satisfacción laboral, el estudio se sustentó por la Teoría de la Jerarquía de Necesidades de Maslow y por la Teoría de los Dos Factores de Herzberg las cuales se desarrollan mediante la compresión entre motivación, satisfacción y condiciones del entorno laboral. La investigacion fue desarrollada bajo un enfoque cuantitativo mediante un diseño no experimental transversal y un alcance descriptivo conformado por la población general de la empresa siendo un total de 150 colaboradores. La recolección de datos fue obtenida mediante la aplicación de una encuesta estructurada con escala de tipo Likert y validada mediante Alfa de Cronbach con un nivel de confiabilidad de 0.90. Los resultados generales del estudio reflejan una percepción mayormente positiva para las dimensiones de motivación (67.6%) y condiciones laborales (66.6%) seguidas por liderazgo (62.6%) y satisfacción laboral (58.9%) siendo compensación salarial la valoración más baja (50.5%) finalmente se planteó una propuesta estratégica orientada al fortalecimiento de la compensación salarial.
This research aimed to analyze the level of work environment perceived by the employees of the Merendón construction company, considering the dimensions of leadership, motivation, salary compensation, working conditions, and job satisfaction. The study was supported by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory and Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, which explain the relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and workplace conditions. The research was conducted under a quantitative approach, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a descriptive scope, and involved the company’s entire population, totaling 150 employees. Data were collected through the application of a structured survey using a Likert-type scale and validated through Cronbach’s Alpha, with a reliability level of 0.90. The overall results of the study reflected a mostly positive perception in the dimensions of motivation (67.6%) and working conditions (66.6%), followed by leadership (62.6%) and job satisfaction (58.9%), while salary compensation received the lowest rating (50.5%). Finally, a strategic proposal aimed at strengthening salary compensation was presented
