dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un Estudio de Prefactibilidad para un servicio diferenciado por la cafetería “Riscatto Coffee Shop” en la ciudad de san pedro sula, por lo que se realizó un estudio de mercado evidenciando las necesidades, gustos y preferencias del mercado potencial, se presentó el estudio técnico para mostrar los procesos establecidos y la capacidad instalada, además se desarrolló el análisis financiero para determinar si es o no rentable el proyecto. Se estableció que la metodología a ser aplicada es cuantitativa, empleando una encuesta en la ciudad de san pedro sula, la característica principal es la recolección de datos para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto. La factibilidad del proyecto se ha demostrado mediante la evaluación financiera con la que se evaluó lo siguiente: la inversión inicial es de L.1,477,496.97, el valor actual neto VAN +/- L. 373,873 la tasa interna de retorno TIR es 24.36%. Basado en el resultado de los indicadores el proyecto es Aceptable.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this research is to develop a prefeasibility study for a differentiated service for the “Riscatto Coffee Shop” cafeteria in the city of San Pedro Sula, for which a market study was carried out evidencing the needs, tastes and preferences of the potential market, the technical study was presented to show the established processes and the installed capacity, in addition the financial analysis was developed to determine whether or not the project is profitable. It was established that the methodology to be applied is quantitative, using a survey in the city of San Pedro Sula, the main characteristic is the collection of data to determine the viability of the project. The feasibility of the project has been demonstrated through the financial evaluation with which the following was evaluated: the initial investment is L.1,477,496.97, the net present value NPV +/- L. 373,873 the internal rate of return IRR is 24.36%. Based on the results of the indicators, the project is Acceptable.es_ES
