dc.description.abstractEl marco de trabajo Scrum proporciona principios, aspectos y procesos que contribuyen a que los equipos se organicen, estructuren y gestionen su trabajo. Esta investigación tuvo como su principal objetivo determinar propuesta de implementar Marco de Trabajo Scrum en los proyectos gestionados por el departamento de auditoría interna del Régimen de Aportaciones Privadas, en concreto, la investigación comenzó describiendo cual es la aceptación de Scrum, identificando los elementos del marco de trabajo que son adaptables, asimismo se describió como el software TeamMate+ complementaria la implementación de Scrum, posteriormente se realizó una análisis exhaustivo de las diferente variables del estudios. El enfoque de la investigación es cualitativo, bajo el alcance descriptivo y con un diseño transversal o transaccional. Además, se utilizó el método inductivo y las técnicas aplicadas fueron encuestas y entrevistas. La tesis culmino con un diseño de una propuesta estratégica para implementar el marco de trabajo Scrum, que se prevé se convierta en el marco de trabajo ágil en los proyectos gestionados por la auditoría interna del Régimen de Aportaciones Privadas.
dc.description.abstractThe Scrum framework provides principles, aspects, and processes that help teams organize, structure, and manage their work. This research had as its main objective to determine the proposal to implement the Scrum Framework in the projects managed by the internal audit department of the Private Contributions Regime, specifically, the research began by describing what is the acceptance of Scrum, identifying the elements of the framework that are adaptable, it was also described how the TeamMate+ software complements the implementation of Scrum, Subsequently, an exhaustive analysis of the different variables of the study was carried out. The research approach is qualitative, descriptive in scope and with a cross-sectional or transactional design. In addition, the inductive method was used and the techniques applied were surveys and interviews. The thesis culminated with a design of a strategic proposal to implement the Scrum framework, which is expected to become the agile framework in the projects managed by the internal audit of the Private Contributions Regime.
