Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo establecer una estructura eficiente para la
distribución y venta en Embotelladora de Sula S.A., mediante la optimización de sus procesos
operativos. El enfoque principal es evaluar diversas soluciones que permitan garantizar un
rendimiento adecuado durante las temporadas de alta demanda. Esta necesidad surge ante los
desafíos que enfrenta la empresa, tales como altos índices de ausentismo, fatiga del personal,
disminución de la productividad y pérdida de ventas. El estudio se basa en un análisis cuantitativo,
utilizando datos operativos registrados diariamente. Dicho análisis ha revelado que la falta de una
estructura organizativa adecuada impacta significativamente en las operaciones, generando costos
adicionales y afectando la eficiencia global del negocio. Se espera que la implementación de las
soluciones propuestas permita establecer una estructura sólida que optimice tanto la distribución
como las ventas, contribuyendo así al éxito operativo de la empresa en momentos de alta demanda.
This research aims to establish an efficient structure for distribution and sales at Embotelladora de Sula S.A. by optimizing its operational processes. The main focus is to evaluate various solutions that ensure adequate performance during peak demand periods. This need arises from the challenges faced by the company, such as high absenteeism rates, staff fatigue, decreased productivity, and lost sales. This analysis has revealed that the lack of an appropriate organizational structure significantly impacts operations, leading to increased costs and affecting the overall efficiency of the business. It is expected that the implementation of the proposed solutions will establish a solid structure that optimizes both distribution and sales, thus contributing to the operational success ofthe company during high-demand periods.
