Abstract
En el presente documento se detallará los resultados encontrados con las entrevistas realizadas a
las personas encargadas de la Cooperativa el Esfuerzo, miembro del grupo de empresas MSP,
con el fin de poder resolver los problemas con los cuales les toca lidiar en su día a día.
Se identificaron cuáles son sus necesidades y de qué manera es que surgen, también se analizó si
las necesidades encontradas son las únicas o si existe algo más que no se logra obtener a simple
vista, esto con el fin de poder brindar un servicio completo al momento de realizar el trabajo.
Por medio de la recolección de información y los puntos identificados, se procedió a realizar el
análisis y ejecución del plan de trabajo, todo esto para llegar a brindar una base de información a
Cooperativa el Esfuerzo, así como también procesos bien desarrollados, como también
automatizar sus cálculos e informes.
